Thank You Bach Members!

These are our members . . . those who have contributed a minimum of $150 since January of 2000, those who have reservation privileges and other privileges to be announced. Even though Pete promises to get us all in, these Members have a seat waiting for them inside. These Members can show up just before the concert. These members got complimentary tickets.

Membership is yearly. So, for instance, the January members on this list should renew before the end of January 2001. PLEASE, call or email us if you feel your name should be on this list, or if you would like any change in your listing. If you have been an Active Member in the past, you are now considered a Contributor and remain very dear to our hearts. We are always waiting for your renewal, and you will receive our calendars indefinitely. Bree at the door will still accept any leftover performance tickets, but your name won’t be on the door list. Those who come at three o’clock

If you’re not sure of your status, look on the mailing label. MEMB = anyone who paid $150 or more since January 2000; CONTR = inactive Members; SUBS = those who sent $5 to be on the mailing list; and LIST – those who signed a list to receive a one-time mailing of the calendar.

Few small venues in the U.S. are able or willing to feature such a variety and quality of music as you’ll hear at the Bach. You can trust Pete to fill it with the best. With your attendance and membership, we all win. You get music, and we your help in keeping up with the rising costs of "life on the edge."

Thank you,

Linda Goetz
Board Member/Membership Chair

How Membership Works

Though you do not have to be a Member to attend our programs, a $150 Member receives four complimentary tickets, and can call ahead to reserve up to four seats for any program during the year. With enough notice, your preferred section can be arranged. Payment in advance is not required, therefore we ask that you arrive to claim your seat before the program begins at 4:30. Since space is limited, a cancellation call would also be appreciated.

Non-members should come at 3 pm to find a seat, save it, then enjoy the scene until show time. On rare occasions when all seats are taken, some standing room can be made available just after the music starts.
A $150 Member receives four tickets to be used for any concert of their choice. Members will be able to make phone reservations for any or all concerts for a year and receive priority seating. Fifty percent of Member contributions are tax deductible.

We again thank our current Members for their generous support last year. As a consequence, we have been able to enrich our musical programing.

Verify Your Status

Membership is yearly; due some time during the same month next year. If you're not sure of your status, look on this calendar's mailing label. MEMB is current, CONTR has been a Member in the past; CO-SPON contributed half the cost of talent for a program, SUBS sent in $5 to be on the mailing list, and LIST signed a list at the door. The date is the last time we recorded a check in your name. If you feel our records are incorrect, please call, email or fax us. We'll be glad to make necessary changes.

Tax Deductible

All monies received from Members, Co-Sponsors or significant Contributors, are in part, tax deductible.

More About Co-Sponsorship

Co-sponsors are individuals or organizations that contribute up to 50% of the cost of the talent of the day. They receive special recognition, tickets for a party of eight, and Beach Cottage reservation privileges.
